BIO
Bella Chastain was born and raised on the West Coast in Ventura County, California. Her journey with yoga began in Santa Barbara in 2017, where she discovered a profound sense of fulfillment within a community dedicated to well-being and self-discipline.
Bella had been dealing with a mild case of scoliosis, which often led to chronic discomfort, particularly exacerbated by other forms of exercise. Yoga, however, was different; it was the first physical practice she could consistently engage with, yielding tangible improvements. With regular practice, she now lives free from discomfort.
In her classes, Bella offers informed and empowering instruction that emphasizes internal sensations over external appearances. She skillfully integrates elements from Power, Ashtanga, and Yin yoga to not only enhance physical capabilities but also to facilitate emotional release. Her classes are thoughtfully sequenced to ensure safety and to foster holistic strength. Music plays a crucial role in Bella's class, enhancing the connection between movement and energy, thereby enriching the overall experience.
